Terms and Conditions of the Donation Program

  1. Program Purpose
    Our donation program aims to support causes and initiatives that promote a positive impact on society and the environment, in line with our corporate values, including sustainability.
  2. Eligibility
    Requests can be submitted by non-governmental organizations (NGOs), companies, and events that meet the following criteria:
    1. Promote charitable, social, or sustainable objectives.
    2. Operate transparently and provide the necessary documentation to support their request.
  3. Request Evaluation
    All requests will be reviewed by our internal donation committee. Submission of the form does not guarantee approval. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any request without justification.
  4. Required Documentation
    Applicants must provide valid documentation to support their cause or initiative. This includes, but is not limited to, cover letters, informational brochures, and budgets.
  5. Use of the Donation
    The applicant agrees to use the donation solely for the purpose specified in the request. Any misuse or misallocation may result in the withdrawal of support and future collaborations.
  6. Commitment to Transparency
    The beneficiary must provide, if requested, a report on the use and impact of the donation. This may include photographic, financial, or testimonial evidence.
  7. Data Privacy
    The information provided in the form will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the applicant’s consent, except as necessary to process the request.
  8. Modifications
    Delver Agents reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Requests will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of evaluation.
