Freight Forwarding

Delver Agents is your local expert in moving marine spares and equipment, shipping and cruise supplies, and other goods in and out of Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.

With door-to-door freight forwarding through our global network of air, ocean and ground transportation partners, we supply luxury and expedition cruise operators, ship management and owners, government agencies, research organizations, and other commercial and institutional vessels.

Customs Brokerage

Delver Agents’ in-house customs brokerage specialists have the local expertise to ensure a smooth delivery to your business or vessel in North or South America. As a Horizon Group company, we also offer U.S.-based customs brokerage solutions through Horizon Air Freight.

Our team is located at marine ports and airports across the Southern Cone region, with a focus on Argentinian, Chilean and Uruguayan customs clearance. Delver Agents is also a licensed member of the Florida Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association and is licensed to import and export a wide range of goods through any North American port.
We offer full documentation, classification, and speedy clearance for hotel supplies, expedition gear, technical spares for cruise ships and other vessels, and other commodities, both to and from South America. Our experience includes delivering industrial and marine machines and spares, retail goods, motor vehicles, perishables, and medical supplies.

Warehousing

Delver Agents’ network of modern warehouse facilities and cold storage locations provides safe, secure storage for all your equipment, supplies, and cargo across the Americas and Europe.

We can accommodate full size shipping containers, oversized cargo, bonded storage, refrigerated storage, and more. Our local staff and third-party logistics (3PL) partners offer inventory management, repacking, palletization, consolidation, and delivery to your final destination.
In South America, Delver Agents serves our clients’ warehousing needs from our headquarters in Ushuaia, Argentina. We have customs bonded facilities located throughout South America, with major hubs at the ports of Valparaiso, Montevideo, Buenos Aires, Punta Arenas and Ushuaia.
In the United States, we live load perishables for our expedition and luxury cruise operator clients, and store both incoming and outgoing products. On the West coast, our offices and operations are based out of Seattle, Washington, convenient to Alaska and Arctic Circle cruises. On the East coast, we use Horizon Air Freight’s Miami warehouse facilities as our main consolidation hub for the Antarctica cruise season. Our status as a Horizon Group company gives us access to Horizon’s global network of consolidation warehouses.
In Europe, Delver Agents coordinates with Netherlands-based Swift Marine — also a Horizon Group company — giving our access to Swift’s consolidation warehouses throughout Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
