On January 17, Delver Agents marked a key milestone in our commitment to sustainability by successfully completing the first recyclable waste offload of the season during the port call of the MS Fridtjof Nansen. This achievement reaffirms our dedication to environmental protection and the promotion of more responsible operations.
During this operation, we successfully managed 4 m³ of recyclable materials, including PET plastic bottles, aluminum cans, and cardboard, ensuring strict compliance with environmental regulations. Additionally, we collaborated with certified recycling companies committed to the responsible management of these materials, guaranteeing their proper reuse and minimizing environmental impact.
We’d like to offer a special congratulations to the entire operations team for their dedication and precision in executing this initiative. Their efforts have been essential in making this milestone a reality.
This success is not an isolated event but part of a growing movement within our industry. We take pride in seeing more and more vessels adopting these responsible practices and becoming active agents of change toward a more sustainable future. With each ship that joins this initiative, we strengthen the positive impact on our environment and promote a more ecological and efficient operational model.
At Delver Agents, we believe that collaboration and collective effort are the keys to generating meaningful change. Our commitment goes beyond individual actions, driving real transformation within the maritime industry. Together, we move towards a more sustainable world, benefiting not only our clients and our community but also the planet.
Let’s continue navigating towards a cleaner future, with more vessels committed to sustainability and more efficient and responsible waste management!
