Delver’s Home Port the Trusted Launching Point for Exclusive Antarctic Expeditions

The ship’s arrival, accompanied by sweeping winds in the region, marked the commencement of a series of Antarctic expeditions solidifying Ushuaia as the strategic departure port for these exclusive journeys.

The official Ushuaia welcome was led by Vice Governor Mónica Urquiza, joined by the President of the Fueguino Tourism Institute (INFUETUR), Dante Querciali, the President of the Provincial Ports Authority (DPP), Roberto Murcia, and representatives from Delver Agents.
Local authorities from the Coast Guard, Health Department, and Customs and Immigration office were also in attendance, and joined the others in a ceremonial plaque presentation in recognition of the ship’s inaugural visit.
Meticulously crafted at the MAJ shipyard in Rijeka, Croatia, the Scenic Eclipse II completed its construction and set sail on April 6th.
