Sister Ships Le Boréal and L’Austral Take In Unique Beauty of Northern Patagonia
Members of Delver Agents—a premier ship agency and supplier serving South America’s Southern Cone and Antarctica—were recently on-site to welcome the cruise ships Le Boréal and L’Austral to Puerto Madryn and Camarones, located in the northern Patagonia.
The port calls offered operators of Le Boréal and L’Austral the chance to recognize this area of Patagonia for its natural beauty and the variety of tourist options it offers its visitors.

Le Boréal made its port call on March 20, and was greeted with a traditional gift exchange administered by members of Delver Agents, the Puerto Madryn Port Administration, and the Coast Guard. L’Austral arrived on March 22, and a cocktail reception was hosted on-board by Delver Agents, the local municipality, and tourism, port, and Coast Guard authorities to celebrate the welcoming of the vessel to the city.
L’Austral is the sister vessel of Le Boréal, both operated by French cruise line company Compagnie du Ponant.
